π Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new mortgage opportunities through networking and outbound prospecting
- Build relationships with:
- Real estate agents
- Investors
- Builders
- Referral partners
- Convert leads into funded loans while expanding your market presence
Client Consultation & Loan Structuring
- Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application to closing
- Recommend financing solutions tailored to each client’s goals
- Educate clients on available mortgage products and lending options
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong communication with clients and referral partners
- Foster repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the lending process
Pipeline & Performance Management
- Track leads, loan status updates, and sales activity within CRM systems
- Maintain an organized pipeline and meet production goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and closing timelines
β Qualifications
- Experience in mortgage lending, banking, or financial sales preferred
- Knowledge of:
- Conventional Loans
- FHA
- VA
- Jumbo
- Non-QM Products
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM and pipeline management systems
- NMLS license preferred or willingness to obtain licensing
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
